Pressed Fin Heat Sinks

Cofan has the ability to manufacture “High Power Pressed Fin Heat Sinks” where the fins are “Pressed Together” using a 2000T press then the base and sides are machined to remove deformation due to pressing process. The fins are not soldered or bonded in place using epoxy. The fins are “Locked” in place using a special design — the part of the fin that is inserted into the base has a special feature that allows it to be locked in place.
